Top Five Substances
"All Prescription Drugs" is a combination of the more specific prescription drug categories (e.g. Benzodiazepines) and shouldn't be added together to get a drug case total due to duplicated counts.
Note that steep dropoffs in marijuana cases in 2006 and 2015 are due to changes in drug-testing policies rather than a change in the availability of marijuana.
